Earth Week Member Volunteer Day
Sunday, April 19
9:30am–12pm
San Francisco Botanical Garden
About the Program
Members are invited to a special community service day during Earth Week as we come together to help care for the Botanical Garden. Whether you have volunteered in the past or are interested in trying something new, this is a meaningful way to connect with plants, the planet, and each other.
We invite participants of all ages, including families who wish to volunteer together. Families and multi-generational groups with participants under the age of 15 will volunteer together in the Children’s Garden—a welcoming “yes” space for kids. Our Education team is excited to welcome you to our Children’s Garden where a variety of garden care projects will be offered to invite volunteers of all ages, levels of experience, and attention spans to participate.
