Join Herbalist + Multidisciplinary Healer Allie Brown for an Herbal Crafting workshop that encourages you to slow down and tend to your own garden. Craft a custom Herbal Tea Infusion and Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blend. Experience the synergy of a Sound, Guided Meditation, Scent, and Spring inspired Herbal Tea Infusions. Learn how to utilize the sacred energetics of scent + herbs to celebrate the vibrant energy of the Spring season.
Through hands-on herbal medicine making and guided reflection, you’ll explore the yang energy of the Spring season. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring embodies the Wood element—reflecting growth and movement. Like tree roots grounding downward into the earth and flowers blooming, this is a time for growth in motion.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, you’ll discuss the properties and energetics of herbs such as Hibiscus, ginger, and blue butterfly pea—plants known for their ability to invigorate, enhance intuition, and soothe the nervous system and boost immunity. Tea infusions are made from herbs and other plant materials (flowers, roots, stems, fruit, etc.) and lead to a medicinal benefit for the body.
Allie will lead a guided meditation and acupressure session with various sound healing instruments. Your oil blend and massaging self-touch will serve as a peaceful salve to an overactive nervous system.
