Description:
Embrace the Flower Moon in the Botanical Garden.
As the full Flower Moon rises over the Garden, immerse yourself in an enchanting evening of nature, poetry, and reflection.
Join us for our first public Full Moon Walk in the Garden in five years! Named for the abundance of blossoms that accompany its arrival, May’s Flower Moon is a celebration of the beauty of spring. This exclusive after-hours experience invites you to walk the moonlit pathways of the Garden, taking in its nighttime magic with a guided tour.
Begin the evening with a warm refreshment – sip on tea, coffee (regular or decaf), or hot chocolate and enjoy a chewy chocolate chip cookie as the sun begins to set. Then, embark on a mindful guided walk through the Garden, with a special pause to enjoy a poetry reading under the glow of the full moon.
7:00pm – Main Gate opens, refreshments available.
7:30pm – Walks begin, guided by Garden staff.
8:10pm – Poetry reading beneath the full moon.
8:30pm – Walks concludes at the Main Gate.
This is a special opportunity to experience the Garden after dark, illuminated by both moonlight and the vibrant energy of spring. Space is limited – get your ticket today!
