About the Program

DreamWorks Animation and KidsGardening are launching Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia Tour, a three-month program intertwining the wonder of the new Fairylandia setting featured in the hit Netflix series and the hands-on enrichment opportunities found at botanical gardens across the country. Gabby is stepping out of her dollhouse, and into the great outdoors!

With a mission to help young minds grow and inspire natural curiosity, the Gabby’s Dollhouse Fairylandia activations will offer character meet and greets with Gabby* in her all-new, Fairylandia-themed attire and garden-themed craft activities at each tour stop. Featured crafts include a Kitty Fairy crown and a terrarium, and each child will be gifted an activity booklet including temporary tattoos, watercolor sheet, and button to commemorate their visit.

Additional Weekend Programming

The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater Presents: Fairy Primrose and Her Magic Flower! The garden fairies receive their magic from a very special enchanted flower. When the flower suddenly goes missing, Fairy Primrose must embark on a magical adventure to find it before the garden loses its magic forever. Join Fairy Primrose on this interactive journey filled with imagination, friendship, and fairy fun! Showtimes are Saturday and Sunday at 10am and 12pm — designed for ages 2-8 but all are welcome!

On Saturday, keep your eyes and ears open for Harmonic Drift, an immersive and interactive percussion ensemble-on-wheels. This rolling musical playground encourages curious explorers to tap, bang, and discover a world of sound.

Guests are encouraged to bring reusable cups or water bottles for use at on-site water refill stations and, where permitted, for vendor beverages.

RSVP required for the meet and greet. Free RSVP tickets open to the public on Monday, April 27, with early access for Garden Members. Garden admission is required; admission is free for Members, San Francisco residents, children 4 and under, military/veterans, and Museums for All/EBT participants.
