Gifts at the Garden is a free-to-attend curated market of sustainable, local, and fair-trade gifts alongside exclusive Gardens of Golden Gate Park merchandise, books, and art. The market will host free activities and a donation-based wrapping station. Proceeds benefit the Gardens of Golden Gate Park. Garden members can shop two hours early. Beat the crowds and shop the best selection, become a member today!

The event is free to attend.

 

PROGRAMS  

Available both days unless stated.  

Haight Street Art Center (FREE): Stop by for a limited-edition art print to commemorate the event! While supplies last.  

Ginko Zee: Art by Jennifer Zee (FREE): Make your own creative insect block prints from Jenn’s hand carved stamps, while supplies last.  

San Francisco Bay Area Moms (Payment required / FREE) 

10:00 AM – 12 PM: Special Mrs. Claus experience Photo opportunity (Payment required)

  • Sensory play (Sat) (FREE)
  • Music guest (Sun)  (FREE)

12:15 PM – 5 PM:   Arts and Crafts, Story Time, and Reading Library (FREE)

Seed and Soul Club ($15 per craft)  

Sat 12/16 @ 10-4 PM they will be offering 3 workshops: Decorate a la fremiere pot, Decorate a pair of winter themed mason jar, and DIY plant-themed ornaments with personalization. 

Bean Sprouts with special guest The Mexican Museum on Saturday (FREE) 

Sat 12/16: Poinsettia-inspired art.   

Sun 12/17: Bean Sprouts Craft Activity 

San Francisco Public Library Bookmobile (FREE): Sunday 12/17 10-4 PM. Get your hands dirty at the bookmobile! Plant your very own tiny succulent in a miniature pot  

Say Ya! Photo Booth ($5): Purchase a pair of commemorative photo strips. Credit Card Only. 

Gardens of Golden Gate Park Bookstore (FREE): The Garden Bookstore and Plant Shop are excited to host a pop up and feature some of our favorite local authors and artists.
