About the Program
Arrive at 4:30pm — 30 minutes before the program — to explore the Conservatory of Flowers, at your leisure.
Join multidisciplinary healer and herbalist, Allie Brown, for a cosmic sound and floral journey. Flowers serve as both our medicine and muse, as they uplift us — mind, body and soul. Experience the beauty of sound and a gentle reset, while you lay next to vibrant and grounding flowers and plants.
Offerings include a sound bath, heart-centered guided meditation, (optional) Flower Essences to aid in balancing mood and emotions, and guided gentle Self-Massage with Acupressure to deepen your connection with your physical and spiritual bodies.
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address issues of emotional well-being and soul development. They embody the “essence” or spirit of the plant. Allie will guide you in a heart-centered meditation, and a restorative sound bath. You will leave feeling rested and replenished.
