Adam Greenspan

Follow AdamAdam Greenspan is a directing partner at PWP Landscape Architecture and has been the lead designer on a wide range of projects including public parks, campuses, mixed use developments, competitions and estates. Adam’s background in art and sociology combined with years of horticultural practice support an integrated approach to design and allow him to develop projects from many angles. One of his main objectives at PWP has been to integrate regenerative and sustainable principles and to emphasize planting-based design concepts within each project design. Adam has collaborated extensively with architects, artists, community groups and public and private owner groups, as well as sub-consultant experts, in the process of realizing exceptional built work.
Adam’s recent projects include: the Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore, The Salesforce Transit Center Park in San Francisco, Glenstone in Potomac, MD, Colorado Esplanade in Santa Monica, Constitution Gardens on the National Mall in Washington DC, the Newport Beach Civic Center Park in Newport Beach California, and Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Singapore. He has lectured at various academic and cultural institutions including the Cities Alive Conference, 2014, the Living Futures Conference, and the University of California at Berkeley, the National Building Museum, and the ASLA National Conventions. Adam has also served on public art selection panels for the City of San Jose and the City of Santa Monica and has served as the president of the Board for the Landscape Architecture Foundation.
