Join Herbalist + Multidisciplinary Healer Allie Brown for an Herbal Crafting workshop that encourages you to slow down and tend to your own garden. Craft a custom Herbal Tea Infusion and Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blend. Learn how to utilize the sacred energetics of scent + herbs to welcome the momentum and outward expression of the Year of the Fire Horse.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll discuss the properties and energetics of herbs such as mugwort, ginger, and blue butterfly pea-plants known for their ability to warm the body, enhance intuition, soothe the nervous system, and boost immunity — all important aspects for the Winter season.
Allie will lead a guided meditation and acupressure session with various sound healing instruments. Your oil blend and massaging self-touch will serve as a peaceful salve to an overactive nervous system.
