The Kevin Gerzevitz Trio

Performing from 1-2:20pm

The Kevin Gerzevitz Trio performs a repertoire of soulful, eclectic, post-Bop jazz of the 1950s and 60s, combining top-shelf musical performance with the best sound equipment and instruments. Kevin Gerzevitz also plays gypsy jazz on accordion to feature early American swing and French jazz popularized in the 1930s by guitarist Django Reinhardt.

Kash Killion, Killion’s Trillions

Performing from 3-4:20pm

American jazz cellist and member of the Sun Ra Arkestra, Kash Killion makes music that combines influences from world music, Sun Ra, jazz, and reggae.

Lavay Smith and the Red Hot Skillet Lickers

Performing from 5-7pm

Swing, blues, and New Orleans music! Singer Lavay Smith puts on a show with her eight-piece “little big band,” the Red Hot Skillet Lickers.

 

What is the Flower Piano Lounge?

During Flower Piano 2025, the Celebration Garden in the Botanical Garden will be transformed into the Flower Piano Lounge, an upgraded musical landscape featuring priority entry to the festival, special performances from local headliners, access to premium bars, food from local makers, lounge seating, dedicated restrooms, and flexibility to relax and enjoy all areas of the festival at will. The Lounge has limited capacity.

Flower Piano Lounge All Access Pass

A Flower Piano Lounge All Access Pass gives you access to the Lounge on both Saturday and Sunday. Come and go as you please between the Lounge and the rest of the Garden! Enjoy all the scheduled Lounge performances throughout the weekend and make the Lounge your home base for relaxation and refreshments. Lounge programming continues after the rest of the festival ends each day, making it the perfect spot to close out your Flower Piano experience!

  • Tickets are required for children 5 and up.
  • There will a combination of chairs and lawn seating available. We encourage you to bring a blanket or your own camping chair to enjoy the lawn, as provided chairs are first come, first serve.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • Valid ID required for purchase of alcoholic drinks.
  • Ticketed events are not transferable or refundable. San Francisco Botanical Garden is open rain or shine and does not issue refunds due to weather.
