Yoga in the Garden

Join us for a 45 minute class lead by Nicolette Telech. Nicolette has been instructing vinyasa style yoga classes since 2015. During this offering, students can expect a unique and accessible yoga sequence, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility often while integrating mindfulness techniques.

After-Hours Yoga in the Conservatory

Immerse yourself in the lush, tropical setting of the Conservatory’s West Gallery for a one-hour intermediate-level vinyasa yoga class, lead by Nicolette Telech. Students can expect unique yoga sequencing, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility while integrating mindfulness techniques and enjoying music in a peaceful setting. Nicolette has been instructing vinyasa- style yoga classes since 2015, encouraging her students through meditative flow to cultivate presence and peacefulness on and off the mat.
