A corpse flower bloom is coming soon!
Witness the rare corpse flower bloom at the Conservatory of Flowers, one of nature’s most rare and unforgettable events! ‘Chanel’ the corpse flower, also known as Titan Arum (Amorphophallus titanum) is the largest unbranched inflorescence (many tiny flowers acting as one) in the plant kingdom and only blooms once every 3-5 years for just 2 days.
While we wait for Chanel to bloom any day now, come visit the West Gallery of the Conservatory of Flowers, open 10am-4:30pm, last ticket sold at 4pm, Thursday through Tuesday.
General admission to the Conservatory of Flowers is required. Gardens Members, San Francisco Residents, Veterans, and Museums for All participants visit for free during the day!
When will Chanel bloom and how can I see it?
When Chanel blooms, we will notify everyone via social media and email. Daytime and After Hours ticket sales will go live.
We encourage all visitors to reserve their tickets online and to be prepared for wait times that may extend to an hour or more.
