About the Program
Join us at a Meet the Artist gathering to discover the work of award-winning photographers Rob Badger and Nita Winter who capture the dazzling colors of superbloom landscapes and intimate wildflower portraits, while highlighting the threats wildflowers face from climate change and habitat loss. Bring your questions and curiosity.
Perfect holiday gifts available! Beautiful signed coffee table books, notecards, and wildflower/monarch butterfly socks, plus a special 20% discount on prints.
Beauty and the Beast: California Wildflowers and Climate Change is on exhibit at the Helen Crocker Russell Library through January 2026. Artwork is available for purchase and proceeds benefit the Library.
No admission is required to visit the art exhibit in the Library. The Library is located inside the Main Gate of San Francisco Botanical Garden on the left-hand side.
