2. Guided Walk: Sensory immersion in the Gardens, including invitations for mindfulness and sensory-relational practices.
3. Reflection Circle: Space for participants to share insights and experiences.
4. Closing Ritual: Gentle gratitude practice to honor nature and the shared experience.
About Ben Page
Ben Page is a San Francisco-based Forest Therapy Guide, author, and global advocate for nature-based healing. Founder of Integral Forest Bathing, Ben has led hundreds of forest therapy walks since beginning his practice in 2015 and served as Director of Training for the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. His approach integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophies, making him uniquely qualified to facilitate impactful and meaningful experiences for diverse audiences.
Ben’s work has been featured in publications and workshops that celebrate the intersection of nature, healing, and human connection. His deep understanding of Shinrin-yoku (Japanese forest bathing) and passion for fostering a sense of belonging in nature align seamlessly with the vision of the San Francisco Botanical Gardens.
