Join us for a 45 minute class lead by Nicolette Telech. Nicolette has been instructing vinyasa style yoga classes since 2015. During this offering, students can expect a unique and accessible yoga sequence, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility often while integrating mindfulness techniques.
Immerse yourself in the lush tropical setting of the conservatory’s west gallery for a 1-hour intermediate-level warm vinyasa yoga class lead by Nicolette Telech. Students can expect unique yoga sequencing, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility while integrating mindfulness techniques and enjoying music accompaniment in a peaceful setting. Nicolette has been instructing vinyasa style yoga classes since 2015, encouraging her students through meditative flow to cultivate presence and peacefulness on and off the mat. Please bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat (or 2 if you like extra padding due to stone floor surface). The temperature in the West Gallery varies but is typically 70 degrees; please dress in layers.
